Yes, we offer a free trial lesson lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. During this session, our tutors will take the opportunity to understand your needs better and clarify any questions or misunderstandings you may have. AE provides the flexibility of both in-person classes at the client's house and online classes via Zoom, depending on the student’s preference and availability.

At the start of each month, AE will require billing based on the number of tuition lessons in that month.

By default, since our classes are scheduled once a week, the total number of lessons each month will depend on the number of weeks in that particular month. Typically, there will be 4 lessons in a month, but some months may have 5 lessons.

Please inform our staff at least 4 hours before the lesson to avoid paying cancellation fees. A make-up class within the same week will be arranged thereafter, if possible.

We believe that smaller group sizes enhance the effectiveness of learning. Therefore, we offer both individual lessons and small group classes with a maximum of 5 students. If you or your child prefer not to have lessons alone, feel free to bring a friend along!

Typically, our lessons are 2 hours in duration and held once a week. However, we are flexible and happy to accommodate your or your child's preferences. Should you request shorter lessons or additional sessions, the fees will be adjusted and prorated accordingly.
