When I first came to Phoung, I was feeling overwhelmed with the task of creating my IO script and analysing the texts. Luckily, her feedback was always constructive, guiding me to understand the texts’ deeper meanings and how to effectively tie them into my script. She helped me to improve my delivery, making me feel extremely confident and well prepared on the day of my IO. Thanks Phoung!
